One live screen for the whole shop
The dashboard updates by itself as stock changes. Open it when you want the detail; the phone alerts come to you either way.
It runs the counter too
Alerts are only as good as the stock numbers behind them. So AIOS also helps you keep those numbers right, day to day.
A till for your cashiers
Cashiers ring up sales and print receipts, and every sale takes stock down at once.
Keeps selling offline
If the internet drops, the till carries on and sends the sales when the connection returns.
Batches and expiry dates Business+
Track stock by batch, so the oldest goes first and nothing sits on the shelf past its date.
Stock counts you can trust
Count the shelf, compare it with the system, and approve the differences before they change your stock.
Staff roles and an activity log
Owners choose what each role can do, and sensitive actions are recorded so you can see who did what.
Suppliers and your own data
Keep supplier details with each product, and export your data from the app at any time.
It watches the four things that cost shops money
Every product is checked against rules set for your business. The same rules decide what is urgent, so the list is ranked, not just long.
Running low
Compares your stock with your reorder level and how fast the product sells, so you see how many days of cover are left.
Expiring or expired Business+
Flags stock close to its expiry date, and stock already past it, so it is sold first or removed.
Suggested orders
Shows roughly how much to order when stock is at or below the reorder level, with the reason written out.
Dead stock
Points out products sitting far above what you sell, so you stop reordering them and can consider a promotion.
Start with what you already use
You don't have to replace your Excel sheet or your till to begin. Import your stock list, then keep it up to date in the way that suits your shop.
Barcodes with a USB scanner
For shops that already scan items at the counter.
Barcodes with a phone camera
No extra equipment. Scan with the phone you already carry.
Loose goods and quick picks
For items sold by weight or without barcodes, using quick-pick buttons and shop labels.
Insights only
Import your numbers and read the alerts, without changing how you record sales.
Three steps, and the third happens without you
Set it up once, then let the rules do the watching.
-
Put your stock in
Import your product list from a spreadsheet, then record stock in and out. Each business has its own private space, and staff get their own logins.
-
The rules check every product
Every item is checked, not just a sample. Counts, ranking and alerts come from fixed rules over your own data.
-
The urgent ones reach your phone
On the Business and Growth plans, a morning digest at 08:00 Nairobi time and instant alerts when stock changes arrive on Telegram, so the owner sees them even when nobody is logged in. On Starter, alerts show in the app.
What the AI does, and what it doesn't
The numbers, the ranking and the alerts come from rules applied to your stock data. The AI's job is narrower: it writes a short, plain-language note on the most urgent products, using only those facts.
It does not forecast demand, and it does not invent figures. If the AI is unavailable, you still get the rule-based summary. Full AI insights are included from the Business plan; Starter gets the rule-based insights.

Built by someone who has run stockrooms
Inventoman Solutions is run by Lawrence M. Wambugu, a supply chain professional with about ten years in warehousing, procurement and inventory operations.
AIOS grew out of automations he built for stock and procurement alerts, and it is now being tested with real shops in Kenya.
